A complete physical address (no PO boxes), zip code, and a shipping phone number are required to ensure delivery. In order to maintain our high standards of quality, we will not ship wine during periods of extreme weather conditions. All shipments are via UPS. Shipping charges include the UPS fee, adult signature fee, and the UPS-approved shipping container. If that container or its contents are damaged you must make a claim to UPS and you will need to save the container and its contents for their inspection. Colorado Cellars is not responsible for goods damaged after leaving our winery.
